At AAGS Courier Pvt Ltd, we strive to offer reliable and prompt local courier delivery services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a cancellation or refund may be necessary. Please read our policy below for more details.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel a booking within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided the parcel has not already been picked up or dispatched.
To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately via email or phone.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The parcel was not picked up or delivered due to a verified service error.
- The order was cancelled within the allowable cancellation window.
- The customer paid more than the billed amount due to technical issues.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Wrong address or contact details provided by the customer.
- Delays due to force majeure or unforeseen conditions.
- Unauthorized cancellations after dispatch.
